  • CUSTOMER RETENTION ASSOCIATE

    Customer Retention Associates (CRA’s) receive incoming phone calls from our current customers and answer any questions they have regarding their account. CRA’s will also receive incoming calls from customers who may have issues that need to be resolved. CRA’s will attempt to resell or save the customer’s account whenever appropriate and will make any necessary adjustments.

    Candidates must have strong negotiation skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. We’re looking for associates who have a positive attitude, the ability to multi-task and possess strong sales or collection skills. Candidate must have basic computer/PC skills. Click here to apply


  • SUBSCRIPTION SALES ASSOCIATE

    Subscription Sales Associates (SSA’s) answer incoming calls regarding our exciting sweepstakes offer. The SSA offers the caller the opportunity to purchase over 200 magazine titles at extremely reduced rates. There will be no outbound dialing required. Click here to apply


  • HOME AGENT SALES ASSOCIATE

    This position requires that you reside in the state of Florida. In addition, you must be able to attend two weeks of paid training in our Clearwater, Florida facility.

    Home Agent Sales Associates answer incoming calls regarding our exciting sweepstakes offer from the comfort of their home.     Candidates must have strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work self sufficiently in a distraction-free home office environment. You must own a PC with the following configuration

    • Operating System: Windows XP; XP Pro x64 is not currently supported
      • CPU: 800 MHz or greater
      • RAM (memory): 1 GB or higher
      • Monitor: must support 800 x 600 video resolution
      • Hard Disk Space: 1 GB (free) minimum
    • Operating System: Vista; Vista 64-bit editions are not currently supported
      • CPU: 1 GHz or greater
      • RAM (memory): 1 GB or higher
      • Monitor: must support 1024 x 768 video resolution
      • Hard Disk Space: 15 GB (free) minimum
    • High-speed Cable or DSL connection, such as Bright House Networks, Road Runner or Knology is preferred.
    • Anti-Virus Software with any built-in firewall features disabled.
    • A UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) battery back-up
    • A direct phone connection devoted exclusively to this application.
